The best part about this instrument is the vast range (88 pitches covering almost all other instruments’ ranges) and the fact that you can play up to 10 pitches at once.

Additionally, the tonal (pitch) relationships are better visually organized with general corresponding symmetry. The challenge here is based on building strength and dexterity in the fingers (especially in the non-dominant hand), as well as training rhythmic independence between them. A skill similar to a drumming, but on a smaller scale. Additionally, most pedagogical approaches to learning the instrument are very reading heavy and often build on classical repertoire, which can be boring and/or tedious for many people.
